FTP

FTP: Lorettotel.net has free FTP space for our customers. LorettoTel.net does not offer tech support for this service.

1. To access you FTP space you will need a FTP program.

2. You will need the server name or address: lorettotel.net/~your_username

3. Login name: your_username

4. Password: your_password

5. Connect and start transfering.

Note: your_username and your_password is given to you when you sign up with one of our dialup or DSL services. The username is also the fist part or your email address.

WEB Space

WEB Space: LorettoTel.net makes it fast and easy to have your very own presents on the World Wide Web, FREE! LorettoTel.net does not offer tech support for this service.

1. Use the same procedure as above. Follow the FTP steps to connect to your FTP space.

2. Once connected, you will see a folder named htdocs.

3. Transfer you whole web site to the htdocs folder.

4. Make sure you first page you want the world to see is named index.htm and is in the root of the htdocs folder.

VIEWING YOUR WEB SITE

Now that you have your web site transfered to your htdocs folder in your FTP space. Go to any web browser and type in http://home.lorettotel.net/~your_username.
