Lorettotel.Net continues to make great strides in putting our customers satisfaction at the top of our priority list. Our years of experience in the Telephone and Internet Service Provider business has taught us many things, but the most important lesson we have learned is to keep the customer happy.
We staff local technical support 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. When you call in you will not be put in a queue and forced to listen to how important your call is to us. You will talk with live people and get professional assistance. If you call after regular business hours we have 24x7 technical support and will make every effort to get you back online as soon as possible.
We are constantly monitoring our network to keep it running efficiently. We're always upgrading to the newest and latest equipment to keep our service high above the rest. We understand there is a lot of competition out there but we also understand, if we maintain a highly reliable network we will always come out on top.
